​​​​​​​​​​If your student is enrolling in Year 9 at Lowood State High School this year, please download and complete the relevant forms below.

To arrange an enrolment meeting, you must first complete the enrolment enquiry form (PDF, 112KB)​. You can print the form and complete it by hand, or fill in the editable PDF digitally.

Once completed, please email the form to enrolments@lowoodshs.eq.edu.au.

Year 10 subject selection

If your Year 9 student is enrolling in Term 3 and has not yet attended a Term 3 SET plan meeting or selected their Year 10 subjects, they will need to complete their subject selection during the enrolment meeting.
