If your student is enrolling in Year 11 at Lowood State High School this year, please download and complete the relevant forms below.

To arrange an enrolment meeting, you must first complete the enrolment enquiry form (PDF, 112KB). You can print the form and complete it by hand, or fill in the editable PDF digitally.

Once completed, please email the form to enrolments@lowoodshs.eq.edu.au.

Enrolment and QCE Requirements

When enrolling a Year 11 student, we require copies of their 2 most recent school reports.

To be eligible for a Queensland Certificate of Education (QCE), students need to achieve a minimum of 20 credit points.

Providing your student's previous school reports allows us to assess their completed subjects and credits. This helps us determine which subjects can be continued and whether alternative subjects may be required to ensure they are on track to achieve the necessary credits for their QCE.

Enrolling a year 11 Student after Term 1 becomes more challenging to maintain their QCE and requires careful consideration by the school.
