Year 10

​​​​​​​​​​​If your student is enrolling in Year 10 at Lowood State High School this year, please download and complete the relevant forms below.

To arrange an enrolment meeting, you must first complete the enrolment enquiry form (PDF, 112KB)​. You can print the form and complete it by hand, or fill in the editable PDF digitally.

Once completed, please email the form to enrolments@lowoodshs.eq.edu.au.

Year 11 subject selection

If your Year 10 student is enrolling in Term 2 or 3 and has not yet attended a Term 2 or 3 SET plan meeting or selected their Year 11 subjects, they will need to complete their subject selection during the enrolment meeting.
