If your student is enrolling in Year 7 at Lowood State High School this year, please download and complete the relevant forms below.
To arrange an enrolment meeting, you must first complete the enrolment enquiry form (PDF, 112KB). You can print the form and complete it by hand, or fill in the editable PDF digitally.
Once completed, please email the form to enrolments@lowoodshs.eq.edu.au.
If your student is currently in Year 6 and will enrol in Year 7 next year, please use the forms in the future Year 7 enrolment forms section below.
These enrolment forms are reviewed and updated each year and are generally available from Term 3 of the current school year.
