If your student is enrolling in Year 9 at Lowood State High School during the current school year, please download and complete the relevant forms below.
To arrange an enrolment meeting, you must first complete the Enrolment Enquiry Form. The form can be printed and completed by hand, or completed digitally using the editable PDF.
Once completed, please email the form to enrolments@lowoodshs.eq.edu.au

If your Year 9 student is enrolling in Term 3 and has not yet attended a Term 3 SET Plan Meeting or selected their Year 10 subjects, they will need to complete their Year 10 subject selections as part of their enrolment meeting.
