Year 7 Enrolment Forms

​​​If your student is enrolling in Year 7 at Lowood State High School during the current school year, please download and complete the relevant forms below.

To arrange an enrolment meeting, you must first complete the Enrolment Enquiry Form. The form can be printed and completed by hand, or completed digitally using the editable PDF.

Once completed, please email the form to enrolments@lowoodshs.eq.edu.au​

Future Year 7 Enrolment

If your student is currently in Year 6 and will be enrolling in Year 7 next year, please use the forms provided in the Future Year 7 Student section.

Please note that these enrolment forms are reviewed and updated each year and are generally available from Term 3 of the current school year.
