If your student is enrolling in Year 8 at Lowood State High School during the current school year, please download and complete the relevant forms below.
To arrange an enrolment meeting, you must first complete the Enrolment Enquiry Form. The form can be printed and completed by hand, or completed digitally using the editable PDF.
